About Teri Hiley

I am a Sydney born artist and have recently moved to the Blue Mountains. My works are a direct response to my local environment or from my travels. I work in watercolour, acrylics and enjoy screen printing. I often work in series, exploring variations on a theme.

I have had extensive formal training including seven years of full time study which gave me a thorough grounding in drawing, painting, colour and design, photography as well as a little taste of other disciplines including sculpture and printmaking. These experiences have heavily influenced my work practice and choice of subject matter.

Since 2005 I have been represented by rex-livingston art dealer, Sydney and I am a member of the Blue Mountains Artists Company (BMAC) and the Blue Mountains Artists Studio Trail.
