"This series has proved to be a turning point in my recent work. The abstract patterns made by my chosen subjects dominate my thoughts as I start a new work these days.I enjoy meeting the challenge of wrapping the image around the side of the canvas as I have done in Sitting Pretty. Reflections have appeared in my paintings regularly over the years. Now they are my subject of choice." |
